ABOUT ME

My name is Melissa and I'm a professional makeup and creature FX artist. I studied prosthetics and creature FX at the Gorton Studio, as well as gaining an International Makeup Association qualification from the London School of Makeup and a diploma in makeup artistry from the New Skills Academy. 

I've worked in makeup and prosthetics departments on shows and films including The Rings of Power, Star Wars IX and Marvel's Black Widow, as well as multiple music videos for artists such as JP Cooper and Sipho, photo shoot campaigns for brands such as Lucy and Yak and lots more independent projects.

I am trained in both classic makeup and full creature transformations, and I adore any opportunity to bring a vision to life - be it beautiful or monstrous!
